The purpose of this training is to facilitate education by demonstrating what it means to be a Notary Public and its legal implications.

Notary Mock Trial Training is paid training where both seasoned and new notaries simulate a court trial involving some misconduct or violation of the governing notary laws by an accused notary.

Those participating as jurors must listen attentively to the arguments presented by both sides, carefully consider all the evidence and testimonies, and then deliberate to reach a verdict to ensure justice is served.
